What you'll be doing
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service by leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Monitor and maintain restaurant standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Support the development and training of the restaurant team, providing coaching and mentorship as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and customer service
