Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 
Restaurant Supervisor located in Gading Serpong.
 The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Job Descriptions :

  • Supervises the activity of the restaurant services
  • Maintain Inventory of all needed Supplies
  • Manage the Work Schedules of our Restaurant's Staff
  • Check Quality of Food and Beverages served
  • Assist in the Hiring and Training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
  • Be Fully in Charge Managing and Training all Service Crew
  • Appraise Staff Performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Develop strategies for improving our customers' dining experience
  • Respond to Customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
  • Making Report Progress weekly
  • Monitoring all Restaurant Area

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Leader Position
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Well-Presented and Professionally Groomed all the time
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management software, POS)
  • Willing to be Placed in Gading Serpong
