Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing FMCG position located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves sourcing FMCG products, maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, developing sourcing strategies, collaborating closely with the procurement team, and handling contract negotiations. The Sourcing FMCG professional will contribute to the continuous improvement of the procurement process and support the overall sourcing strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in market analysis
- Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in Recruiting and selecting suppliers
- Solid understanding of Procurement processes and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
