Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international HSE regulations and company policies.
- Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Perform risk assessments and assist in developing safe work procedures.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure readiness of emergency equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on safety performance, incidents, and inspections.
- Encourage a proactive safety culture by engaging workers and promoting safe behavior.
- Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and external agencies to align HSE goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum education D3 related major;
- Possession of an AK3 (Occupational Safety and Health) certificate is required.
- Have one of the following certificates: Level A Fire Safety Certificate, Chemical Safety Certificate, Certificate of Person in Charge of Air Pollution and Wastewater Control;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, oil & gas, manufacturing].
- Understand applicable K3 and environmental regulations;
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin is preferred;
- Work placement in Ngawi East Java.
