Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
  • Perform risk assessments and assist in developing safe work procedures.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure readiness of emergency equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on safety performance, incidents, and inspections.
  • Encourage a proactive safety culture by engaging workers and promoting safe behavior.
  • Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and external agencies to align HSE goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education D3 related major;
  • Possession of an AK3 (Occupational Safety and Health) certificate is required.
  • Have one of the following certificates: Level A Fire Safety Certificate, Chemical Safety Certificate, Certificate of Person in Charge of Air Pollution and Wastewater Control;
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, oil & gas, manufacturing].
  • Understand applicable K3 and environmental regulations;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin is preferred;
  • Work placement in Ngawi East Java.
