Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in West Jakarta. The Customer Service Specialist will manage day-to-day interactions with students, prospective applicants, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer support, maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing concerns professionally, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and phone etiquette. The role requires maintaining updates on university programs and policies to accurately assist and guide students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction practices
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and skills in maintaining a positive customer experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities to handle inquiries effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Familiarity with higher education institutions or student services is an advantage
