Role Description

This is an commission-based position for a Sales Agent in East Java area.

The Sales agent will need to represent our brand, selling, and promoting water pumps to defined area. You can earn additional income as your hustle in this position while still keep your current job.

Qualifications
  • Strong negotiation skills and networking in Industrial, Hotel, Commercial Building.
  • Have knowledge in water pumps 3-phase.
  • Understanding of Compliance, Regulations, and Client Requirements.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in Process Technology and Solution industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Proven track record in the Property / Real Estate industry – particularly in selling landed houses, high-rise (apartments), office spaces, or commercial lots
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans
  • Energetic, proactive, and committed to achieving sales excellence
  • Established network with property agents, brokers, and financial institutions is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, availability, and purchase processes
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
