Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the company's daily reception and administrative support work, serving as the company's first point of contact with the public. This position requires professional communication etiquette, a strong service awareness, and a meticulous work attitude to ensure smooth visitor reception and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting, registering, guiding, and providing basic information services to visitors;
Answering and transferring calls, accurately recording messages, and promptly relaying them;
Managing company emails, courier services, and document receipt and dispatch;
Maintaining a clean and professional front desk area to ensure a positive company image;
Assisting with meeting room reservations, setup, and pre-meeting preparations;
Assisting with administrative tasks such as office supply requisition, travel arrangements, and visitor registration;
Updating employee contact lists, visitor records, and front desk documents;
Supporting ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR or administration departments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in administration, hotel management, business, or related fields;
At least 1 year of experience in front desk or administrative/clerical work;
Neat appearance, courteous manners, and excellent communication and customer service skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, copiers, telephone systems, etc.);
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Basic English communication skills are preferred (for foreign-invested or international companies).
