Job Description:
- Handling all GA purchasing and procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records and ensuring efficient stock management
- Assisting with the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Providing administrative support and contributing to the overall efficiency of the procurement process
Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of purchasing and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems for procurement and inventory management
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Teamwork-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
