Job Description:

  • Handling all GA purchasing and procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records and ensuring efficient stock management
  • Assisting with the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Providing administrative support and contributing to the overall efficiency of the procurement process

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of purchasing and inventory management principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in using relevant software and systems for procurement and inventory management
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Teamwork-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
