Responsibilities :

  • Establish kitchen layout, workflow and station responsibilities

  • Implement SOPs for preparation, cooking, plating, cleaning, safety

  • Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are organized and ready for daily operations

  • Develop clear & practical training methods for fast learning

  • Conduct hands-on training for cooking methods and recipes, system administration, and hygiene

  • Trainee progress monitoring (skill, quality & consistency and SOP)

  • Ensure kitchen team can operate smoothly under real service condition

  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and adjust system for efficiency

  • Support management in building a strong kitchen culture focused on teamwork, speed, and quality

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years
    experience in F&B operations
  • At least
    1–2 years in a supervisory or training role
    in F&B.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
