Responsibilities :
Establish kitchen layout, workflow and station responsibilities
Implement SOPs for preparation, cooking, plating, cleaning, safety
Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are organized and ready for daily operations
Develop clear & practical training methods for fast learning
Conduct hands-on training for cooking methods and recipes, system administration, and hygiene
Trainee progress monitoring (skill, quality & consistency and SOP)
Ensure kitchen team can operate smoothly under real service condition
Troubleshoot workflow issues and adjust system for efficiency
Support management in building a strong kitchen culture focused on teamwork, speed, and quality
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years
experience in F&B operations - At least
1–2 years in a supervisory or training role
in F&B. - Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
