- Achieve target Sales
- Develop, promote and evaluate SOP regarding operational & service excellence process at the store and ensure full implementation.
- Promote product display, program implementation, and manage Visual Merchandise guidelines in coordination with the Retail & Marketing team.
- Ensure that the strategies between each Assistant Retail Manager is align with the implementation in store
- Analyze the external factor of store achievement
- Coordinate and oversee fulfillment of repair and maintenance
- Manage and implement operational activities within budget.
- Prepare reports, findings, and analysis to management for improvement.
- Observe and propose changes in strategy or procedures for improvement as part of the responsibility.
- Coordinate and oversee fulfillment of repair and maintenance for the store
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent level.
- Min. 5 relevant experience in sales, trade channel management and distribution, of which 1-2 years in a managerial capacity, in a Retail Company.
- Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
- Proven people management skills and team player.
- Solid experience in working together with other partners.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
- Manages several Area Coordinators to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales
- Works with Head of Retail Sales, Assistant Retail Manager, Visual Merchandiser as well as Product Planning to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as giving solution for the challenges happened on the business
- Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Willing to travel around Indonesia
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
