We're looking for a 
Business Development & Sales Specialist
 who can drive growth, build relationships, and close meaningful deals. You'll play a key role in expanding our client base and shaping how Imagine Odyssey grows as an emerging creative force in the region.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound channels
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, tech companies, and digital brands
  • Develop tailored proposals and confidently pitch our services (UI/UX, branding, websites, motion, and more)
  • Track and report key metrics: pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, service packaging, and growth planning
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand visibility
  • Oversee agency presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Create sales-driven assets like case studies, decks, and email campaigns
  • Analyze performance data to optimize sales and marketing efforts

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 
    2+ years of experience
     in 
    B2B sales or business development
    , ideally in an 
    agency

    tech
    , or 
    startup
    environment
  • Understand the landscape of creative and digital services (design, branding, marketing, or web development)
  • Are confident, proactive, and skilled at building new relationships—both cold and warm
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in 
    English
     and 
    Bahasa Indonesia
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment with room for autonomy and experimentation
  • Are goal-oriented and enjoy turning conversations into long-term partnerships

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience selling

  • Existing network or client connections
