Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales / Telemarketing position at PetroSync Global Pte Ltd, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Telesales / Telemarketing professional will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, presenting and selling our training and conference services, and addressing client inquiries. The role also involves following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Support
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions if needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
