Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Project Manager based in Surabaya. The Account Project Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing project budgets, providing excellent customer service, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication. Daily tasks will include project planning, monitoring, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Experienced in Creative Agency is a PLUS
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Required language(s): english, bahasa indonesia
- Surabaya based, full WFO
