About the role
As a Press Sleeve Senior Application and Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to our clients. This full-time position is based in South Sumatra, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our press sleeve solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our press sleeve products and solutions
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of press sleeves to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and implement training programs for clients on the proper use and maintenance of press sleeves
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our offerings
- Assist with the design and development of new press sleeve solutions
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all service and support activities
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Pulp, Paper and Packaging industry, specifically in Technology Company.
- Strong technical expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of press sleeves and related equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
