Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track order and shipment status from start to finish.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order progress and delivery.
- Build strong internal communication across departments.
- Provide regular progress reports (order status, delivery updates, and schedules).
- Keep customers and stakeholders informed on order progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a mining company (procurement/supply chain focus).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to manage challenges under pressure.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
