Responsibilities:

  • Support internal training sessions, from planning to implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of training content, including presentations, visuals, videos, and completion certificates.
  • Support gathering and analyze participant feedback to help enhance future training programs.
  • Support on maintaining and update training records and related documentation in an organized manner.
  • Conduct basic research on current training trends and tools to provide insights for the team.
  • Monitor employee training progress and assist in sending reminders to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Education, Communication, or other related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in delivering information to an audience.
  • Interest and basic knowledge in employee training and development.
  • Good time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) for administrative and presentation purposes.
