Job Description :
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Filing and registering any document or form on behalf of the company as an authorized representative.
- Arranging a general or board meeting and preparing the minutes of the meeting.
- Responsible for the Company's orientation programs for the Board of Directors and/or Commissioners.
- Ensuring that shareholders and the general public are kept regularly informed about the Company's actions, financial position and other material matters.
