Responsibilities
- Mainly focusing on
recruiting
local talent to join in TCI. - Collaborate closely with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Advise and guide management on employee relations matters, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards through regular audits and reviews.
- Monitor and promote employee satisfaction, and assist in improving employee retention.
- Provide recommendations and guidance for employee development, supporting internal training and leadership development initiatives.
- Continuously optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Flunent in Mandarin,English
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
