Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Greater Surabaya. The Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying their financing needs. The role includes preparing financial proposals, negotiating agreements, managing client accounts, ensuring timely payments, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies and overall objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in relationship management, customer service, and client acquisition
  • Skills in financial analysis, proposal preparation, and negotiation
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in business development, sales strategy, and achieving performance targets
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate efficiently with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial or leasing industry is a plus
  • With experience in Heavy Equipment, Trucking, Machineries products is more preferred.
