MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- To provide service and knowledge in instrument / equipment installation, commissioning, and training to end user
- To provide maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for existing equipment
- Attending customer and distributor enquiry and/or any equipment issue
- Visit and check the equipment and diagnose the equipment
- Prepare recommended parts and service contract
- Comparison and review Product Specification and Technical Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum D3 Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in the service equipment industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, calendar), preferably having experience using Ms. Project : Autocad 2013, min. 2D and CANVA
- Understand engineering specs, documents and software engineering calculations
- Understand technical drawing (GA, P&ID, detail drawing, ASSY drawing)
- Knowledge basic project management
- Having good analytical thinking
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Possess own transport
- Consistently available and willing to travel across the globe
- Have strong physical health and high endurance levels
