Key Responsibilities:
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across departments
- Monitor and manage project dependencies, priorities, and schedules
- Support project teams with tools, templates, and best practices
- Generate and deliver regular project reports and performance metrics
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating processes
- Plan and monitor product distribution across stores, warehouses, or sales channels
- Perform inventory tracking, stock counts, and system reconciliations
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies in shipments or system data
- Provide analysis and reports on inventory levels and product performance
- Collaborate with merchandisers to align stock with local demand
- Help develop strategies to reduce excess, obsolete, or slow-moving stock
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination and/or inventory management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Having experience in the tech retail industry (e.g., consumer electronics or gadgets) would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project/inventory tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, SAP)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
