Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client communication and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and inbound/outbound activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client business needs and industry challenges, positioning the right IT solutions to create value.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to create tailored proposals, demos, and solution recommendations.
  • Build and execute account plans to retain existing clients, increase revenue through upselling/cross-selling, and attract new clients.
  • Partner with technology vendors (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, Google Workspace) to leverage tools, resources, and joint marketing activities.
  • Monitor project delivery, resolve client concerns, and ensure solutions meet expectations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate client needs and support consultative selling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS, or digital consulting and exposure to both account management and business development.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets through a mix of client retention and new business acquisition.
  • Familiar with CRM, cloud, and workflow solutions particularly Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage and influence clients at multiple levels.
  • Strong ability to identify client challenges and recommend relevant IT consulting solutions.
  • Skilled in facilitating productive client conversations to uncover needs and position the right IT solutions.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
