Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer requirements
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
- Lead inspection, testing, and verification of materials and finished products
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions for non-conformance issues
- Establish and track quality metrics to measure process effectiveness
- Plan and execute internal & external audits to maintain compliance and certifications
- Liaise with customers to resolve quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and training
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years in QA / QC
- Strong knowledge of API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in quality management tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and auditors
- Experience in conducting audits (internal & external)
