Purpose of the job :

Promote healthy working relationships and take appropriate initiatives to minimize absenteeism and turnover of the Team Members.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): people management, communication, administration
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Able to working in shift basis.
