Purpose of the job :
Promote healthy working relationships and take appropriate initiatives to minimize absenteeism and turnover of the Team Members.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): people management, communication, administration
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Able to working in shift basis.
