Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Process & Procedure Officer to join our team. This role is responsible to improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission. This role focuses on enhancing management reporting, business processes, systems, and procedures (SOPs), while supporting overall organizational planning and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations across departments.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align processes with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, using data-driven approaches to ensure measurable improvements.
  • Support business planning initiatives through the development and implementation of efficient systems and tools.
  • Ensure documentation, process flow mapping, and change management are properly managed and communicated.
  • Identify and mitigate process risks while ensuring best practices and continuous improvement principles are followed.
  • Drive the digitalization of business process flows to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and process transparency.
What you will Need to Succeed
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have ability to using Ms. Office (Visio).
  • Excellent knowledge of business policy, system & procedures and project management & continuous development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding ERP system; SAP system will be advantage.
  • Will be placed in Bandung.
