Responsible for managing and growing Rexus top-tier Key Accounts, focusing on offline channels including Sub-Distributors and Master Dealers.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, market penetration, and long-term partnership goals.
  • Maintain strong and consistent engagement with offline partners to ensure smooth distribution and sell-out performance.
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities and gaps, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop key account business plans and ensure the implementation of the plan.
  • Build and maintain good relationships and communication with key accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and develop talent.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, managing offline distribution accounts (Sub-Distributor / GT / MT / B2B), and 4 years total in account management.
  • Hands-on experience in managing dealer networks, retail distribution, or traditional trade.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership experience.
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence people.
  • Willing to work in Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat (WFO).
