Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our client's growth in Indonesia's electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector. This role will focus on shaping market entry strategies, forming high-level partnerships, and overseeing the delivery of large-scale charging projects. The position requires not only strong commercial acumen but also deep understanding of the Indonesian energy and mobility landscape.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the go-to-market and business growth strategy for EV charging infrastructure in Indonesia.
  • Build strategic alliances with government bodies, state-owned enterprises, utilities, property developers, fleet operators, and other critical stakeholders.
  • Lead the full project cycle: from identifying suitable locations, conducting feasibility assessments, obtaining permits, through to rollout and operations.
  • Drive revenue generation and consistently meet or exceed sales and business targets.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, regulatory, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities in clean energy and mobility.
  • Represent the company in senior-level discussions, industry forums, and government dialogues.

Qualifications

  • Indonesian local nationality.
    Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience
    in business development, commercial leadership, or large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally within energy, mobility, or technology.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling business operations in Indonesia.
  • Strong network across government, utilities, and private sector players in energy or transport.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
