Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Specialist (Associate), you will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand client needs, design solutions, and prepare proposals that win deals. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and solution-oriented thinking.


Responsibilities

  • Gather and document client business requirements through meetings and discussions.
  • Assist in designing solutions that meet customer needs and align with LinkIT360 capabilities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and professional presentations.
  • Support product demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide technical support during the sales cycle until deal closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analysis.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, APIs, and system integration.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficient in preparing presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
