Job Description
- Providing end-to-end HR support, includingrecruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Learning and conducting BPJS administration
- Organising and facilitating HR-related events and activities
- Providing HR-related guidance and support to managers and employees
- Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and HR initiatives
- Good in English and Mandarin
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in MS Office suite and HR information systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
