Job Description
  • Providing end-to-end HR support, includingrecruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
  • Learning and conducting BPJS administration
  • Organising and facilitating HR-related events and activities
  • Providing HR-related guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and HR initiatives
Qualification
  • Good in English and Mandarin
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HR information systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
