As an
Accounting and Tax Specialist
, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both detail-oriented work and contributing to bigger financial decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, manage, and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping in line with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage daily accounting activities, including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense tracking, and petty cash.
  • Calculate, prepare, and file company tax obligations (PPN, PPh 21/23/26, annual corporate tax) on time.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest tax and accounting regulations.
  • Work closely with HR & Admin to process payroll and employee benefits for tax, pension, and other statutory requirements.
  • Monitor vendor and supplier payment deadlines, as well as timely client invoicing.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, Jurnal) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations; Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work from our office in Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO).
