· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Outsourcing.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of IT services, outsourcing models, and project-based engagements.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
