Moderator Job Tasks
- Community Engagement:
You will actively monitor and moderate all official community channels (Discord, Facebook Group, WhatsApp). This involves responding to comments, answering questions, and providing support to players' queries in a timely and professional manner. - Event Coordination
: Cooperate with the Community Manager to execute community activations and events, such as local esports competitions, giveaways, and exclusive content drops. - Player Feedback:
As a moderator, you will serve as the direct link between players and the game developer. Your role is to gather player sentiment (bug reports, suggestions, feedback) and synthesize that information to actionable insights. - Conflict Resolution:
You will enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all players, handling disputes and addressing rule violations with tact and impartiality.
