Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update asset databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records.
- Monitor lifecycle of assets including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams for asset fulfillment.
- Track spare part availability and propose procurement requests when needed.
- Prepare regular reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and audit compliance.
- Analyze asset performance and recommend optimization initiatives.
- Support operational teams by ensuring timely availability of required assets.
- Implement and improve asset management policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Min 1-3 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or operations.
- Hands-on experience with dashboard/monitoring tools to identify and escalate issues.
- Previous exposure to infrastructure/technical operations environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Excel, ERP, or CMMS).
- Analytical thinking with ability to identify optimization opportunities.
- Good communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
