Position : Mandarin Customer Experience Solutions

Location: Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia

Employment Type: Full-time, 6-month contract, with the opportunity to become a permanent position

Job Description:

  • Handle customer complaints and provide information via voice or digital channels
  • Prepare reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to resolve issues

Qualifications:

  • Active and proficient communication in Mandarin
  • Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in any field
    (Mandarin Literature graduates preferred)
  • HSK Level 4 or above
  • Fast typing and multitasking skills
  • CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) oriented
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang
  • Able to join immediately
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
