Job Description:
- Handle customer complaints and provide information via voice or digital channels
- Prepare reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Active and proficient communication in Mandarin
- Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in any field
(Mandarin Literature graduates preferred) - HSK Level 4 or above
- Fast typing and multitasking skills
- CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) oriented
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
- Able to join immediately
- Fresh graduates are welcome
