About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager Ventilation to join our client dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our ventilation products within the greater Jakarta area. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to effectively market and sell our ventilation solutions to both new and existing clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to communicate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and operations teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the ventilation or HVAC industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the ventilation market, including industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and present to clients
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering
