Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Import Procurement Staff at IKAME GROUP, located in Kota Bekasi. The Import Procurement Staff will be responsible for managing import procurement activities, including coordinating with suppliers, handling shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with import regulations, and tracking the status of orders. The individual will also interact with internal departments to fulfill their purchasing needs and optimize the procurement process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management
- Experience with import regulations and documentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in the manufacturing or import/export industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
