We are seeking a proactive General Affairs & Personal Assistant Officer to support day-to-day administration, HR processes, and general operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a wide variety of tasks, from document handling and recruitment support to coordinating with government offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks: data entry, reconciliation, filing, and document verification.
  • Handle general affairs: office maintenance, contacting vendors/repair, coordinating cleaning & F&B staff.
  • Support HR: sorting CVs, scheduling interviews, assisting with employment contracts.
  • Liaise with government offices (tax office, OSS, Bea Cukai, Karantina) under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing export-import documents (BL, PIB, customs clearance).
  • Provide support for notarial/legal documentation when required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in administration, HR, or general affairs.
  • Basic understanding of export-import documentation, OSS, and labor law is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and initiative.
  • Communication skill
  • Experience in task management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, A.I
