JOB SUMMARY
Video Content Creator assists the Marketing Department with creating engaging content (video) across various platforms, including Reels, TikTok, and podcasts and is responsible for developing innovative content ideas, producing high-quality videos, and actively participating as a talent in our content.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual Media Creation
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for Reels, TikTok, and podcasts.
- Actively participate as a talent in videos, Reels, and podcasts.
- Develop a strong on-camera presence and engaging delivery style.
- Master video editing techniques using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, etc).
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and emerging design tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand project requirements and deliver creative assets accordingly.
- Assist all documentation (photo & video) creation in relation to marketing & sales activities, product developments, and other departments.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual elements and messaging.
Campaign & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for Reels, TikTok, and podcasts.
- Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand and target audience.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine content ideas.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to stay ahead of the curve.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Analyze content performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Some other functions
- Assist and help other marketing initiatives
- Work with internal and external collaborators and creative resources to deliver content visuals / assets that are coherent with our brand voice and strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 Years experience in a similar field. Fresh graduates can apply.
- Strong on-camera presence and public speaking skills
- Proven experience as a video editor, content creator, preferably in a marketing or social media-focused role.
- Proficient in editing video software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, etc.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to create designs that align with brand visual identity.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work (Reels, TikTok videos, podcasts, etc.).
