Job Description:

Lead the architectural design process for retail store projects from concept to completion.
Develop and review detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documents according to brand standards.
Coordinate with internal departments (Project, Design, Operation, and Procurement) to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and construction quality.
Manage design revisions based on feedback from management and site conditions.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company design guidelines.
Prepare presentation materials for management review and project approvals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Architect, preferably in
retail, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detail drawings.
Experience in managing multiple retail rollout projects simultaneously.
Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, time-efficient, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Willing to travel for project supervision and site coordination.
Available to work on Saturdays (half day).
