The Middle Development Program (MDP) is a structure acceleration program designed to develop high-potential at Cobra Dental. This program includes comprehensive learning, mentoring, and on-the-job projects. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the dental business, customer engagement, and strategic sales management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S-1) in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or equivalent in Sales and Business Development. Experiences in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry will be advantage.
- Willingness to comply with the program's terms and regulation
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory
- Strong ability to drive teams performances to achieve targets.
- High adaptability, resilience, and a passion for growth.
- Willing to be placed and relocated across Indonesia.
