Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Functional Consultant, located in Surabaya. The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, implementing Odoo solutions, providing consulting services, configuring system settings, and assisting clients with system adoption. Additionally, the consultant will be involved in user training and support, documenting system requirements, and collaborating closely with project managers to ensure smooth implementation and integration.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for business process analysis and system configuration
  • Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members
  • Understanding of Business Process analysis and improvement
  • Consulting experience, preferably with ERP systems
  • Knowledge in Finance and accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as IT, Business, or Finance
  • Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to travel nationally or internationally when required
