Job Description:

  • Handle administration detail
  • Response to customer requirements
  • Draft and monitoring the company report
  • Monitoring project progress to achieve goal smoothly
  • Liaising with internal teams for project related issues
  • Reporting project progress to internal members
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory
  • Monitor costs of the manufacturing order
  • Support team leads for manufacturing time calculation
  • Organize and supervise other production floor activities
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualification:

  • Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum D3/S1
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skill
  • At least has 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Good personality, creative, high integrity, an the ability to work in the team
  • Willing to be located in Kabupaten Sukabumi
