Job Description:
- Ensure quality control of raw materials, finished products, and production processes according to established standards.
- Manage certification processes including Halal, BPOM, FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000.
- Support internal and external audits (Halal, BPOM, customer audits) and coordinate internal training on food safety and Halal compliance.
- Monitor production line conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Agriculture/ Fisheries; Food Technology
- At least 3 years experience as the same position in Frozen Food Product/ the related industry is a must (Meat/ Fish Processing)
- Good understanding on Quality Control Management, Quality Control Processing
- Understanding on FSMS, HACCP, GMP, SSOP
- Good leadership and communication skill.
