RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive terms.

  • Manage supplier contracts and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.

  • Monitor procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement standards.

  • Identify and mitigate risks in procurement and supplier management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, supply chain, internal audit) to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.

  • Handle inbound and outbound logistics for materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to site and track inventory levels with warehouse teams.

  • Process shipping documents: delivery notes, purchase orders, GRNs, etc.

  • Manage logistics partners (forwarders, courier, land/sea transport).

  • Support operational needs at site and camp (utilities, supplies, maintenance).

  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, production, and site support teams to streamline the supply chain.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

  • +7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or heavy industry.

  • Familiar with logistics software and inventory management systems.

  • Strong knowledge of legal procurement documentation, including for equipment and hazardous materials.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, crisis management, and the ability to work under pressure.
