RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive terms.
Manage supplier contracts and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
Monitor procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement standards.
Identify and mitigate risks in procurement and supplier management.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, supply chain, internal audit) to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
Handle inbound and outbound logistics for materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to site and track inventory levels with warehouse teams.
Process shipping documents: delivery notes, purchase orders, GRNs, etc.
Manage logistics partners (forwarders, courier, land/sea transport).
Support operational needs at site and camp (utilities, supplies, maintenance).
Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, production, and site support teams to streamline the supply chain.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
+7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or heavy industry.
Familiar with logistics software and inventory management systems.
Strong knowledge of legal procurement documentation, including for equipment and hazardous materials.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, crisis management, and the ability to work under pressure.
