Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the sales team in achieving revenue and profitability targets in the printing and offset business segment. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the printing and offset segment.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors' activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitability.
2. Team Supervision & Coordination
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Assign and monitor individual targets and performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to sales staff.
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and post-sales service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or diploma degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in printing, offset, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of printing materials, processes, and production workflow.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
