Job Description
We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our Stock Preparation team as Group Leader, DCS Operator, and Field Operator, responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations in the Stock Preparation process to achieve production targets.
1. Group Leader – Stock PreparationJob Description:
- Lead and supervise operations in the Stock Preparation area (pulper, refiner, thickener, screens, deflaker, chemical) to ensure stable production in line with target output.
- Organize work schedules and task assignments for DCS & Field Operators, ensuring each shift runs effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor process parameters (consistency, flow, pressure, temperature, tank level) and ensure full compliance with SOPs by all team members.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team regarding machine repair and maintenance needs.
- Prepare daily production reports, chemical usage records, and operational summaries.
2. DCS Operator – Stock Preparation
Job Description:
- Control Stock Preparation operations from the DCS room to maintain stable processes according to production targets.
- Direct and coordinate Field Operators to ensure that all machines in the field are running normally.
- Monitor and control process parameters (consistency, flow, pressure, temperature, tank level) while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team when abnormalities or issues occur in the field.
- Record daily production data, chemical usage, and operational summaries.
3. Field Operator – Stock Preparation
Job Description:
- Supervise the Stock Preparation area (pulper, refiner, thickener, screens, deflaker, chemical) to ensure stable operations that meet production targets.
- Ensure that all machines in the field are running in normal condition.
- Perform routine sampling for checking consistency, flow, pressure, temperature, and tank levels, while maintaining full adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with the DCS Operator in case of abnormalities or irregularities in the field.
- Complete daily production and chemical usage reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pulp and Paper Processing Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the paper industry, preferably in the Stock Preparation area.
- Strong understanding of processes and equipment used in Stock Preparation (pulper, refiner, thickener, screens, deflaker, chemical dosing systems).
- Able to read and control process parameters (flow, pressure, temperature, tank level, consistency).
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly committed to SOP adherence and workplace safety (K3).
- Willing to work in shift rotation.
- Non-smoker: The ideal candidate should not smoke, vape, or use e-cigarettes, in line with our company's commitment to a healthy work environment.
- Willing to be based in Purwakarta.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
