Requirement
- 3+ experience in sales B2B
- Preferably in the construction/ Architech/ Interior industry
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
- Familiarity with construction

products, services and industry regulations - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the construction market
- Providing consultative sales support to clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
- Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships through excellent account management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
