Requirement

  • 3+ experience in sales B2B
  • Preferably in the construction/ Architech/ Interior industry
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Familiarity with construction
    / Architech/ Interior
    products, services and industry regulations
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed

Responsibility

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the construction market
  • Providing consultative sales support to clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
  • Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships through excellent account management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
