Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in short-form video creation for TikTok or similar platforms.
Capable of producing content end-to-end: concept, shooting, editing, to final delivery.
Strong understanding of Gen Z visual styles, TikTok trends, and viral formats.
Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps.
Experience in eCommerce content, product styling, unboxing, or review videos.
Excellent sense of timing, transitions, sound effects, and trending audio.
Familiar with TikTok & Instagram Reels specs and best practices.
Strong visual storytelling and copy instincts – especially to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
Willing to work on-site for shoots, including basic lighting and camera setup.
Basic graphic or thumbnail design skills is a plus.
Preferred Background:
Prior work experience in eCommerce brands, TikTok agencies, or content houses.
Experience handling consumer electronics content.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging TikTok or Reels content.
