Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office equipment, facility maintenance, including liaison with building management, to support daily operations;
  • Manage incoming packages and office documents;
  • Process financial transactions (purchasing supplies, paying bills, invoices) with proper approval;
  • Record financial transactions and prepare reports for the Tax Consultant;
  • Support promotional activities such as posting company materials at designated locations.

Qualifications::

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs and/or Finance.;
  • Proficient in English for business communication;
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus;
  • Willing to follow the company's work schedule.

Work schecule: 5 days a week (including either Saturday or Sunday; Monday is the regular day off).
