Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office equipment, facility maintenance, including liaison with building management, to support daily operations;
- Manage incoming packages and office documents;
- Process financial transactions (purchasing supplies, paying bills, invoices) with proper approval;
- Record financial transactions and prepare reports for the Tax Consultant;
- Support promotional activities such as posting company materials at designated locations.
Qualifications::
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs and/or Finance.;
- Proficient in English for business communication;
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus;
- Willing to follow the company's work schedule.
Work schecule: 5 days a week (including either Saturday or Sunday; Monday is the regular day off).
