Job Description

To implement the planned mechanical maintenance system for any packaging equipment with the aid of computerized preventive maintenance system.
To do fabrication, pipefitting works and welding repairs on any Packaging equipment.
To give assistance in mechanical repairs of equipment or machineries whenever necessary.
To do mechanical maintenance on all packaging equipment together, time based maintenance, condition based maintenance with operator, including lubrication, tightening, cleaning and Encode accomplished maintenance activities in the computerized equipment maintenance system.
To do monitoring and inspection of all Packaging equipment during production, and together with the operator will do simultaneously adjustment if there is found abnormalities, in order to achieved the plan efficiency and output.
To record the monitoring and inspection result, for further maintenance execution.
To do proper and regular housekeeping including repainting according to 5S standards on the Tool room, Machine Shop, Lube Area, Spares Storage Areas, or as assigned by the supervisor.
To do machining and fabrication job as needed inside the brewery or when assigned by the supervisor.
To do reconditioning of spare parts and equipment including proper storage and safekeeping.

Job Requirements:

Minimum D3 of Mechanic - Electric
Minimum 3 years experience in mechanics
Must be able weld to operate welding machine and be certified (minimum SMAW, GTAW)
Must be understood mechanical engineering and minimum knowledge alectric
Must be able to do technical drawing and well understanding drawing machine
Must be able to work with a team (company and synergy)
